Marathon course

Start at 06:30am from São João dos Angolares.

Participants will have water and isotonic beverages at the 2.5k and then every 5k and finish. Medical service each 5K and Finish.

21k course

Start from Ribeira Afonso

Participants will have water and isotonic beverages at every 2.5K. Medical service in the 5K, 10K, 15K and Finish.

10k

Starts from Santana.

Participants will have water at the 2.5K, 5K and Finish.
